If you have been blogging for quite some time now, you would certainly be able to relate to the situation wherein you simply feel at a loss as to what you should write about. There are days, of course, when you are very creative and you feel that you could write about anything and everything under the sun for as long as you want to. Then there are those days when you get stuck in a rut and need all the help you can get to find a topic to write about. Here are some tips to help you find a topic to write about Do remember that some may not be applicable, depending on the focus of your blog. These are general ideas to help you get started. Ask yourself what would be useful for you. Of course, this does not ensure that what you find useful will be useful for everyone else but there is a fair certainty that there will be other who think the same way as you do. It would also be more authentic if you do this as you will be writing based on experience – that always add reality to your writing. Explore your area (or areas) of expertise deeply. I am sure that you have at least one area in which you consider yourself to be reasonably well versed. If faced with a sticky writing situation, you can never go wrong if you write something that you are an expert on. More so, the chances of you finding a topic to write about are higher when you delve deep into your stock of knowledge and experience. More to come in the next post.
