What are your reasons to start blogging? Is it to let out your frsutrations in life? Is it to show the world your different experiments in writing or photography or anything? In any case, these are things that are quite personal. You do not have to worry too much about getting material for your blog.
What is your passion?
There are people who basically chronicle their lives on their blogs. That way we see the different aspects of their persona. In a way, some of these people become celebrities in their own right. Maybe this is how the term problogging came about. Some of these people made it big through blogging and they are now even sharing tips on how to do it.
Some people talk about their hobbies. What is your hobby? This is particularly interesting if you have a certain niche. It might be the quirkiest hobby like collecting a particular thing like paperclips. Some people talk about these things and even have group blogs. This is especially for those who enjoy making different crafts like modifying clothes or sharing lifehacks.
People would keep on coming back to your blog if they see that you are genuinely interested and knowledgeable. You might be thinking of coming up with a blog but if you are not interested in the topic at the very least, it will show in what you write and how you write it. After all, your enthusiasm will be reflected in each word that shows up on the computer screen. The great thing about this is that through blogging you might meet fellow enthusiasts no matter where they are in the world and no matter what age they are. These common interests and passions will keep your blog alive and your social life interesting.
